(1) Trugreen is unethical on many levels

1. They insist you place a card on file, 2. They misrepresent the cost of the service they intend to provide, 3. After you tell them not to come, they trespass your property anyway, 4. spray chemicals that you do not want, 5. then bill you for it, 6. they put your number in an autodialer and call you excessively. 7. leave you no choice but to contact the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau 855.411.2372, 8. and, file civil and criminal charges against them. Trugreen #5601 at 770-941-5296 continues to attempt to collect money

(5) I had not had a lawn service

I had not had a lawn service for several year. My lawn looked terrible , especially the front lawn, with all the weeds. I decided to try Truegreen. After the first treatment, I began to see an improvement . Then another type of weed. The next service on 6/20 did not kill this weed and it overtook my lawn. When Sharod Grant came to treat my lawn on 8/14 he told me the chemical he would be treating my lawn with would take care of this broadleaf weed. I was very pleased when I noticed the weed dying. Om 9/19 Sharod once again treated the remaining broadleaf. My neighbor, who does my lawn work, told me he had noticed how good my lawn was looking. I am also pleased with how it is looking. Thank you Sharod Grant and thank you Trugreen. By the way. Sharod is very polite and answers my questions to my satisfaction.

Brandon is a very professional knowledgeable person and a joy to be around. Whenever I have a problem, I will walk Brandon around my property and show him what I think needs to be worked on., Brandon will advise me if that problem is something that TruGreen handles and if they do, he corrects the problem without any argument and advise how long it should take before letting him know if the problem has cleared. . He has NEVER shown or acted none other than business like when I have a problem. Please give Brandon my appreciation for the work he does for me.

I've had TruGreen over 10 years and I love the way they control the weed in my yard. My neighbor are always asking how do you keep your yard looking so good? And my answer is always "TruGreen". I can't imagine life without them.

I spoke with the technician to be sure he sprayed my entire yard that I pay for &; he did. Kyle has listened to my concerns. He is also very professional. Right now I do have some spring weeds that are sprouting. I know he will take care of them. I'm pleased with this technician (Kyle)

Each and every employee that has serviced our account has treated us like family or as it was their own yard they were treating. Never did one fail to enlighten us to just what and why something was done or what it might behoove us to do in the future. You do a great job with my lawn but I am tired of call after call trying to sell me bug spraying or mosquito spraying. I pay for one and I am immediately called about something else. And I feel the pricing is misrepresented. One of your associates who was spraying the lawn for insects even the last time I had lawn care because of the weeds he saw. That would have been a week before.
